Congratulations to the 2009 Award Recipients!

On November 11th, the 10 Social Innovation Fast Pitch finalists told their stories to an audience of 400 people.  Everyone did a tremendous job, and WOWed the audience and judges!  We are pleased to announce this year's award winners:

• $5,000 Winner, Innovation & Impact - The Posse Foundation, Presented by Halbe Dougherty-Wood

 Social entrepreneurs compete for up to $20,000 in grants

• Two month mentoring program for some of LA’s most innovative non-profits!
• Culminates with a “fast pitch” competition and showcase, which includes featured speaker Andy Rappaport and a networking reception with the participating nonprofits, entrepreneurs, investors and other business and nonprofit leaders. See program details here.

	Los Angeles Social Venture Partners LASVP is a nonprofit venture philanthropy organization that supports innovative nonprofits in Los Angeles.
